Job Summary Moving into an AE role is the first step to management at the agency. AEs begin to help manage junior team members, teach new team members the systems and protocols of assigned clients and agency life. This role is also the first step in client accountability. AEs are actively researching and pitching media to secure coverage and build relationships. They are engrained in assigned client industries, actively sharing insights and trends to stretch the team’s thinking. High emphasis is placed on AEs honing their writing skills at this level. As the right-hand to SAEs/AMs, AEs ensure admin, media lists and reporting are manager-ready before sending along to senior team members. They also become more actively engaged in the new business process. AEs helping with industry research, media targets, creative ideation and deck development for new business pitches. Regardless of industry experience, AEs are expected to dive in to any and all opportunities. An ideal candidate should have: · Minimum experience of 5-6 years in social media and Influencer Marketing · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Self-starter who can work cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams · Prior experience with campaign /creator management in Creator economy /Influencer marketing · Strong understanding of engagement drivers, social algorithms, and analytics tools.
