Job Title: Senior Lead / Lead - BPHR (Business Partner – HR) Location: Full-time | From Office | Bangalore Experience: 7 - 10 years Reports to: CHRO / Founders We, at all things talent , are excited to be hiring a Senior Lead / Lead – Business Partner – HR (BPHR) for a dynamic, purpose-led client in the learning and development space. Based in Bangalore and reporting directly to the CHRO and Founders, this is a full-time, from-office opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with 7–10 years of experience, including at least 3–4 years in business-facing HR roles. This role isn’t just about enabling people practices — it’s about architecting them from the ground up. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of coaching mindset, operational excellence, and data fluency, combined with the maturity to work across CXO and business leadership layers. From setting up scalable HRBP systems and driving org-wide talent initiatives, to strengthening performance and engagement processes, this role is critical to enabling high-trust, high-growth environments within the company. About the Role We are hiring a Senior Lead / Lead - BPHR for a full-time, Bangalore-based, from-office role. This is a foundational opportunity to build and lead the HR Business Partnering function from scratch . As a business-facing, data-driven, and coaching-oriented HR leader, you will work closely with CXOs, business heads, and central HR teams to shape and execute people practices that support performance, enable growth, and uphold the company’s core values. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering & Manager Enablement Build strong partnerships with business heads and unit leaders to align people strategy with business goals Act as a coaching-oriented thought partner to managers on performance, feedback, and team effectiveness Lead org-level talent interventions, helping managers lead with context and clarity Support the creation of psychologically safe and accountable team environments Performance, Career, and Engagement Lead the execution of performance management systems and rhythms Partner with internal teams to roll out career development frameworks and talent reviews Drive team health check-ins, engagement conversations, and feedback mechanisms Collaborate on internal mobility, development plans, and manager capability building Build & Operationalize the BPHR Function Set up the HRBP operating model: roles, structures, cadences, and processes Create documentation, playbooks, and support materials to enable scale and consistency Serve as the primary business liaison for all HR programs and initiatives HR Operations & Admin Oversight Lead end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, exits, compliance, documentation, and systems Ensure process consistency and a seamless employee experience across touchpoints Oversee basic admin and general services in collaboration with internal stakeholders Data & Analytics Use data to identify people trends, shape interventions, and influence decisions Track performance, attrition, development metrics, and turn insights into action Present dashboards and reports to business and HR leadership with clarity and context Who We're Looking For Must-Have Experience 7-10 years of HR experience, with 3–4+ years in business-facing HR roles Experience in growth-stage or scaling organizations with operational complexity Proven track record of setting up or evolving the HRBP model in distributed setups Strong exposure to HR operations and managing people processes end-to-end Skills & Attributes That Matter Strong coaching orientation — listens deeply, builds trust, and helps others grow High ownership and bias for execution — can build systems, not just run them Ability to work across diverse stakeholders and business contexts Comfortable working in ambiguity, pace, and change Strong with data — not just reporting but deriving insight and driving follow-up Deep alignment with values-driven, purpose-led culture-building We are industry-neutral in our hiring approach — what matters most is your ability to help an organization scale with purpose, structure, and empathy.
