We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive to join our artist management and booking agency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing business strategies, securing partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company and our roster of artists. This role requires strong industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and a passion for music, entertainment, and talent management. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Strategy • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams for the company and artists. • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency’s market reach. • Negotiate contracts, sponsorships, and brand partnerships for artists. • Research and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry developments. Artist Booking & Management • Collaborate with agents, promoters, and venues to secure bookings for artists. • Manage artist schedules, contracts, and tour logistics. • Develop pricing strategies for artist bookings and performances. • Ensure smooth execution of events, appearances, and performances. Client & Partner Relations • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, labels, promoters, and media outlets. • Act as a liaison between artists and clients, ensuring professional representation. • Handle negotiations and contracts with clients and stakeholders. Marketing & Branding • Work with the marketing team to develop branding and promotional strategies for artists. • Identify sponsorship and endorsement opportunities. • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to maximize exposure and engagement. Financial Management • Oversee revenue generation and financial performance of artist bookings. • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management. • Ensure timely invoicing and collections for artist performances and deals. Requirements & Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of experience in artist management, booking, or the entertainment industry. • Strong network of industry contacts, including venues, promoters, and brands. • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies for artists. • Familiarity with booking software and CRM tools is a plus. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Operations Executive to join our team. This role requires a combination of client servicing, artist coordination, sales outreach, and backend operational support to ensure seamless execution of artist bookings and events. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Management Identify and approach potential clients for artist bookings (weddings, corporates, colleges, clubs, etc.) Maintain relationships with existing clients, planners, and agencies Prepare and share artist decks, profiles, and quotations as per client requirements Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close bookings Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and bookings in CRM or Excel Operations & Coordination Coordinate with artists and their teams for availability, travel, tech riders, and performance requirements Draft booking contracts and manage paperwork between clients and artists Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients Coordinate logistics with production teams, vendors, and venues for show execution Be the point of contact on-ground during shows (when required) Reporting & Support Track booking pipeline, targets, and sales performance Provide regular reports to management on sales and operations Assist in creating SOPs and systems for smooth execution Requirements: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field 1-3 years of experience in sales, event operations, or artist management Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace Passion for music, events, and entertainment industry is a plus What We Offer: Opportunity to work closely with top-tier artists and event clients A creative and collaborative work environment Exposure to end-to-end artist management and live event operations Career growth within a rapidly growing agency
