Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA or related fields preferred). 1–3 years of experience in placement, HR, or student counselling. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer skills (MS Office and email handling). Willingness to travel extensively across India. Familiarity with the Hazaribagh job market is a plus.
