Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Course Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic and professional courses based on their interests, qualifications, and career aspirations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a student-first mindset, and a good understanding of educational programs and career trends. Key Responsibilities: · Counsel students and parents on course options, program structures, career pathways, and enrollment procedures. · Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via phone, email, in-person, or virtual platforms. · Understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs or courses. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available programs, and admission requirements. · Follow up with leads and prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments. · Assist students with the application process and ensure timely document submission. · Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion. · Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student data in the CRM system. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Logistics Faculty Member to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in logistics, supply chain management, and related areas, while also engaging in curriculum development, research, and academic advising. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in logistics, transportation, inventory management, warehouse operations, and related areas. * Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools. * Use modern instructional techniques including case studies, simulations, and e-learning tools. * Advise and mentor students on academic and career planning. * Supervise student projects, dissertations, or internships. * Foster an inclusive and participative classroom environment. * Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and industry visits. * Contribute to the accreditation and quality assurance process * Engage students in various activites * Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports. * Preparing and evaluate the aids for examination as per company standard Qualifications: * Master's degree (required) or Ph.D. (preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field. * Prior teaching experience at the college/university level is highly desirable. * Industry experience in logistics or supply chain roles is a plus. * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
