Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and independent AI Developer who excels in combining traditional coding with no-code/low-code tools to build intelligent automation workflows and AI-driven systems. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through smart integrations, conversational AI, and scalable automation. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement end-to-end AI-powered automation systems , combining code and no-code workflows. Build and maintain custom integrations with external APIs, automation tools, CRMs, and AI services (OpenAI, TTS/STT engines, etc.). Develop backend logic using Python, Node.js , or similar technologies to support AI workflows and data handling. Create and optimize data pipelines , scraping bots, and voice/text-based AI interfaces. Utilize tools like Make.com, Apify, Airtable, Zapier, Glide , or similar platforms to accelerate delivery. Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and independently manage development cycles , from requirement gathering to deployment. Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of systems across various business use cases. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js , or relevant backend languages. Deep familiarity with AI/ML concepts , especially around LLMs, natural language processing, and prompt engineering. Hands-on experience with no-code platforms like Make.com, Airtable, Apify, Glide, Zapier , etc. Expertise in integrating third-party APIs , including communication APIs (e.g., Twilio, WhatsApp). Understanding of voice and chat-based AI workflows using tools like OpenAI, Whisper, and ElevenLabs. Ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision. Nice-to-Have: Experience with CRM integration , sales or outreach automation tools. Knowledge of data scraping, RPA , or chatbot frameworks. Familiarity with serverless deployment , Firebase, or cloud-based automation. Background in B2B tools , SaaS environments, or enterprise automation is a plus.
