Job Title: AgentOps Lead Champion

Role Overview
LakeB2B is seeking a strategic, hands-on AgentOps Lead to drive the next wave of AI agent innovation across marketing, sales, and customer success functions. You will lead the development, deployment, and continuous optimization of LakeB2B’s proprietary AI agents and data science products, unlocking growth across our internal operations and for our external clients.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of data science, AI agent orchestration, and B2B growth. You’ll lead high-performing teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and turn 1.1B+ records into intelligent, scalable agent solutions that fuel the revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Deployment & Intelligence
• Architect and operationalize LakeB2B’s proprietary agent suite including ICP GPT, Lead GPT, Data GPT, Campaign Co-Pilot, and Company GPT. • Manage prompt engineers and agent trainers to create, refine, and QA agents tailored to vertical-specific use cases. • Integrate agents with LakeB2B’s proprietary datasets (730M contacts, 340M firmographics) for real-time personalization.
Performance & Data Strategy
• Develop advanced performance dashboards to measure agent impact (leads, response rates, conversions) and identify top-performing datasets. • Work with campaign managers and data teams to pilot successful agent use cases and surface actionable data patterns. • Apply natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive analytics techniques to improve agent intelligence and user value.
ML & Data Science Productization
• Design and implement advanced ML models and AI-driven algorithms for use in both internal ops and external data products. • Build predictive models, customer segmentation tools, recommendation engines, and data enrichment layers to supercharge campaign outcomes. • Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to develop data-powered solutions for clients.
Data Operations & Infrastructure
• Lead efforts in data cleansing, deduplication, identity resolution, and enrichment to improve accuracy and usability of data products. • Build and automate robust data pipelines for efficient processing, modeling, and delivery of AI and ML solutions. • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine models for accuracy, impact, and ethical use.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
• Coordinate with IT, data science, and AI vendors to ensure data readiness, security, and responsible AI practices. • Document agent behavior, model assumptions, and data workflows; communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Requirements
Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields • 6+ years in B2B marketing ops, product, AI deployment, or sales enablement (with at least 3+ in a data science/ML/AI role) • Strong command over Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R • Deep understanding of supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms and deep learning methods • Familiarity with NLP, recommendation systems, clustering, regression, and classification techniques • Experience with large-scale datasets, ETL workflows, and real-time data enrichment • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with big data platforms like Spark, Hadoop (preferred) • Experience working with CRM systems, multichannel campaign tools, or outbound GTM stacks • Exceptional analytical thinking and business translation skills
