Coordinate with statutory auditors and consultants during audits. Manage monthly payroll including salary structuring, PF, ESI, PT, LWF, bonus, gratuity, and F&F. Ensure compliance under applicable labor laws. Oversee general office administration including vendor management, maintenance of machineries and AMC handling. Maintain and track office assets and ensure smooth facility operations. Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience is required. Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and accounting software . Good understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
