Core Skills & Qualifications Essential Skills: Computer Science Fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, databases, caching, transactions, etc. Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem. Database Knowledge: Extensive experience with relational databases such as MySQL. DevOps & System Engineering: Deployment and troubleshooting expertise, with exposure to Linux, Docker, and Bash scripting. This hybrid role will focus on managing full-cycle technical recruitment while also supporting core HR operational functions (excluding payroll). The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape along with hands-on experience in HR processes and employee engagement.
