Job Description

Student Counseling & Guidance : Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and inquiries; counsel students about courses, benefits, and enrollment using a prepared script. Lead Management : Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and update lead stages daily in the CRM. Target Achievement : Work towards and achieve monthly enrollment and follow-up targets. Ongoing Communication : Maintain regular contact with leads via phone, email, and chat until enrollment. Admissions Support : Guide students to fill admission forms and ensure correct center mapping. Fee & Documentation Handling : Share fee receipts with online students and send payment screenshots to the Aspira Accounts WhatsApp group daily. Demo Coordination & Collections : Share demo student details in advance and follow up for pending fee collections.
