Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins from prospective students. Provide detailed information about courses, fees, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes. Counsel students and parents on the available programs and guide them in selecting the appropriate course. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to ensure enrollment conversion. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM or spreadsheets. Schedule and conduct telephonic/video counselling sessions or campus visits. Meet admission targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institution. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for event planning, seminars, or webinars. Provide assistance with application forms, documentation, and the admission process.
