Designation: Admin/ Account Assistant

Location: Faridabad

Experience: Min 6 months to 1 Year

Qualification: Any Grad
Job Description:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Invoicing and Payments: Processing invoices, managing payments to vendors and suppliers, and handling expense reports.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the finance team and other departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: Entering financial data into accounting systems and performing basic data analysis.
  • Vendor and Client Communication: Interacting with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities and other office activities.
