Developer Support & Enablement: Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on assistance and mentorship to developers, helping them navigate complex coding challenges and architectural decisions. Resource Provisioning: Ensure that developers have access to the necessary tools, environments, and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently. Code Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high standards of code quality and consistency across the team. Skill Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and facilitate training sessions or workshops to promote continuous learning and professional growth. Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with developers to streamline development processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall productivity. Feedback Mechanisms: Establish regular check-ins and feedback loops to understand developer concerns, gather suggestions, and implement improvements accordingly. Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Implement Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing improvements as necessary. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Manage, maintain and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure (on-prem and cloud). Deploy, configure, and maintain AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc. Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards for systems and cloud environments. Set up and manage VPNs, firewalls, and other security protocols. Administer internal systems including email, file sharing, and endpoint management tools. Perform system upgrades and patch management. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across user systems and servers. Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for both on premises and cloud systems (including AWS Backup). Maintain documentation related to systems architecture, configurations and standard operating procedures. Provide technical support and training to users. Collaborate with development and security teams on infrastructure needs. Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide Tier 2/3 support to end users Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR). Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure. Proficiency with Linux/Unix/Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible) is a plus. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Zabbix, Nagios). Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.), protocols, and security practices.

Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Gather and prioritize customer requirements to inform product features and improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations, finance, sales etc) to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products. Ensure clear communication of product requirements and timelines across stakeholders & departments. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team. Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are developed first. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure that products and applications are intuitive and meet the needs of end-users. Product Development & Launch: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Work closely with developers and designers to ensure timely and quality delivery of features. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to guide the development process. Develop training materials and conduct training for sales, support and to required teams. Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategies. Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Implement feedback loops to continuously enhance product offerings.
