Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Activation Executive to support and execute service activations for maritime and satellite communication solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of satellite equipment, application platforms, and customer support protocols. You will be the key liaison between internal teams and clients for all activation-related tasks, ensuring efficient operations and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end service activations and ensure timely resolution of activation-related complaints.
  • Provide multi-channel customer support via phone, Zoho tickets, email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to support system integration and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate with the billing team for activation dependencies and validations.
  • Monitor and support internal Satellite Services (SS) operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and escalation handling during activations.
  • Lead in-house training programs to build technical knowledge and promote new product awareness.
  • Drive team motivation and participation through team building and skill development initiatives.

Domains & Service Providers: Inmarsat, KVH, Nelco, Hughes, Iridium, Starlink, Marlink, Navarino, FutureKonnect, Marpoint, GTMarine, Port-IT, WSN, WWDID, Videoconnect, Datto, StatumFive, Polestar, SP-net, Digigone.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field preferred.
  • 24 years of experience in Satcom operations, preferably in maritime connectivity services.
  • Working knowledge of satellite systems, activation workflows, and client support processes.
  • Familiarity with B2B client handling, remote support tools, and documentation systems.
