Ensuring timely completion of sales invoices for the period
Maintaining proper and updated records of sales
Co-ordinating with customers for any queries / concerns
Coordinating with team members for timely receiving of data and ensuring completeness
Ensuring invoices are not being stuck for any reason
Monthly reports for sales
Develop and maintain a filing system for financial information, records and documents to ensure easily available information
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthlyted intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
