Currently we are hiring as Accounts & Finance Executive. Job Location: Hyderabad_ Attapur Job Description: Monitoring Finance and Accounting operations. · Vendors & Employees expenses booking & Payment processing. · Vendors and Customers reconciliation and Balance Confirmation. · Debit notes and credit notes of Vendors and customers. · MIS of AR, AP & Operations (Daily, Weekly and Monthly). · Preparation of Debtors and creditors aging on weekly basis. · Preparing the monthly provisional expenses and upload into ERP after being approved by the superior. · Reconciliation of GL accounting monthly & clearing. · Reviewing all the GL's (Trail Balance) on monthly basis before submitting the MIS. · Preparation of Annual budgets with coordination of respective departments. · Supporting in Preparation of Financial statements. · Preparing monthly Income & Expenditure statements and Review with Operations Head. · Reporting monthly MSME vendor statement. · Preparation of TDS Statement and make Payments as per Due Dates and quarterly E TDS filing. · Fully conversant in GST related activities like, Recon of GSTR 3B, 2A, 2B and vendor follow-up. · Review BRS statement and Funds flow statements on monthly basis. · Supporting in GSTR Return filling and Reconciliations. · Coordinating with internal & External Auditors and providing clarifications for audit queries. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
