Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts executive to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Location : Bhiwandi (Anjurphata) Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company accounts Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and journals Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Support with payroll processing and tax filings (if applicable) Handle data entry and maintain financial records in accounting software Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and accounts Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Provide general administrative support to the finance department Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or pursuing) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and time management skills
