Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Assistant to support our finance and accounts department with day-to-day accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in maintaining daily accounts and bookkeeping.
✅ Manage petty cash and expense records.✅ Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.✅ Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.✅ Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.✅ Data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.✅ Support in tax filings, TDS, and GST-related work.✅ Coordinate with the internal team and auditors during audits.✅ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all transactions.
