Accounts Assistant

Position Summary:

The Accountant Assistance provides support to the accounting department by assisting with daily financial tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts. This role is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of accounting principles and a strong desire to grow in the field of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the GST Reconciliation
• Maintain Books of Accounts & Data
• Coordinate with Site Staff & Follow-up regarding Invoice & Expenses
• Maintain site wise data & Proper records
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Follow-up with Vendor for GST
• Enter and verify data in accounting software systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of Tally Prime
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Basic knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or hands-on experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
