JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Position: Accounts Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. This role is crucial in supporting the companys financial health by managing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the integrity of our financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile account balances and bank statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements, including timely filing of returns.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in the preparation of audit reports.
• Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
• Support the finance team in various accounting projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
