Role Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Accounts (Off-Roll) to support daily accounting tasks, documentation, and statutory compliance. This position is off-roll and will be managed through a third-party payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions
• Handle data entry for vouchers, receipts, and payments in Tally/Zoho
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries
• Support monthly bank reconciliation processes
• Help in preparing and organizing bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely document submission
• Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for audit and compliance purposes

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or related degree
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with internship experience may also apply)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory norms
• Good MS Excel and documentation skills

• Ability to handle confidential information
• Basic understanding of tax and compliance procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills

Additional Information:

• This is an off-roll position managed through a third-party agency
• Performance will be reviewed periodically for possible internal opportunities
• Candidates should be flexible to work on-site and support extended hours during audit/closing periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
