About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with at least one year of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting in reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and bookkeeping

● Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports

● Process vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and petty cash

● Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records

● Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filing

● Assist in internal and external audits

● Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial documentation

● Maintain organized records of all financial transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

● Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role

● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally

● Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Good communication and interpersonal skills
