Job Description

The Account Executive will oversee daily financial transactions, client billing, trust accounting, and compliance reporting in accordance with legal industry standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Record daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and expenses
Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents
Manage billing and collections
Generate and verify invoices, manage account payables and receivables
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
Prepare financial reports and present insights to management for decision-making
Assist with cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for office operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in accounting or billing
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
