Job Description

Knowledge of UGC undergraduate programs.
Preferable from mass media stroke film schools.
Candidates who join Immediately.
Having worked on UGC stroke short-term courses.
Nearby location.
Updating Students Faculty Attendance (online & offline on time).
Should have complete knowledge of UGC Rules & should have done co- ordination for Graduation or Master Courses.
Preferable if background consists of Education or Mass Media.
Batch-wise planning & documentation of students.
Coordinating with visiting Faculty and managing their Attendance.
Coordinating with Admin department for the payment and other requirements of faculty.
Preparing weekly / Monthly / SEM schedule in sync with HOD & Dean.
Coordinating with students for their assignment and Exams
Coordinating with Garware Institute of Mumbai University for Examination and Attendance of Students.
Coordination with Counsellor department Timely collection & documentation of students feedback month-wise & batch wise Measures taken to improve students feedback.
Performance in class Issuing kits & dockets to students at the time of Batch Launch Coordinating with faculty for regular assessments & marking Skills Required Good Communication & Convincing Skills Pleasing Personality Highly motivated.
planning events, Field trips, and annual activities with students.
Monitoring and encouraging Faculties to deliver students to technical and academic Evaluation of new faculty recruits.
Demonstrations of performance of students are
Overall smooth functioning of academics.
Get activities and events covered regularly for promotions
Look into internships and placements .
Other Activities to take the academy forward as and When instructed by Management.
