About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Excellent in career counselling and enrolments 2. Should be able to meet and exceed the enrolments 3. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and planning their academic careers 4. Handling enquiries and counselling on the phone or by mail, or in person 5. Performing counselling & guidance for interested students and also existing students 6. Handle objections and price negotiation 7. Bachelors’ or master's degree in commerce or related field (B.COM/ M.COM) 2. Proven experience as an academic counsellor, preferably in a commerce-based educational institution 3. Strong knowledge of commerce-related courses, curriculum, and career opportunities 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 6. Strong organisational and administrative skills 7.
