Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The manager will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop proposals, presentations, and deliver exceptional solutions to clients. The role requires active participation in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing event logistics, liaising with clients, and overseeing the operational aspects of events. The role involves budgeting and coordination with vendors, ensuring smooth event execution and customer satisfaction.
