Role Summary:We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken female professional to join our Business Development team. This role involves coordinating with franchise leads, real estate consultants, interior contractors, and brand partners to ensure timely store launches and smooth handovers. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Coordination: Regularly communicate with the Franchise Acquisition Manager to track and follow up on deal closures, LOIs, and payment milestones. Assist in maintaining a healthy franchise lead pipeline and ensure timely updates. Real Estate & Location Sourcing: Liaise with real estate consultants to scout, shortlist, and validate suitable retail locations based on brand criteria. Conduct virtual or in-person site reviews and prepare property feasibility notes. Store Setup & Interior Planning: Coordinate with the assigned interior contractor or fit-out team for design finalization, execution timelines, and cost tracking. Align store inauguration timelines with all stakeholders, including the franchisee. Brand & Inventory Coordination: Work with brand SPOCs to ensure timely dispatch of inventory, SIS fixtures, visual merchandising, and branding elements. Track installation of SIS fixtures and branding completion prior to store launch. Required Skills:Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail Basic knowledge of retail operations, interiors, or real estate preferred Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field 1–3 years of experience in retail, franchise development, or operations Language fluency: English (mandatory); Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus Growth Path:Opportunity to grow into roles such as Regional Franchise Manager or Cluster Project Coordinator based on performance and multi-store handling.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and WooCommerce Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements Integrate payment gateways, shipping modules, and other essential eCommerce features Optimize website performance, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness Ensure SEO best practices are implemented on-page Conduct regular website updates, backups, and maintenance Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs quickly Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams Implement security protocols and manage hosting/domain configurations Required Skills:Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Experience with WooCommerce themes, plugins, and third-party integrations Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and performance optimization tools Familiarity with tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg Experience with hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, SiteGround, Bluehost, etc.) Ability to manage staging environments and version control (e.g., Git) is a plus Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field Portfolio of live eCommerce websites built using WordPress & WooCommerce Familiarity with Shopify or other platforms is an added advantage Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or CRM integrations is a plus
