General Information Title Foreman - Pumps Job Family / Service Hydraulics and Plumbing Department Maintenance Count Reporting To Supervisor Hydraulics Job Code (Assigned by HR) A. Role Purpose: Supervises subordinates in performing advanced Hydraulics PM tasks, troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling equipment and systems. Schedules and follows up work, and implements the quality management system B. Key Accountabilities: - Schedules, follows up, implements MMS and quality management system. - Supervises, analyses, evaluates, and reports Hydraulics equipment and systems performance - Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs and overhauls Hydraulics equipment. - Inspects closed work orders to verify work proper completion - Performs and supervises advanced Hydraulics PM tasks. - Handles client complaints/requests. - Coordinates and follows up new Hydraulics equipment/systems installation and commissioning. - Guides his subordinates in developing their competences. - Handles Hydraulics spare parts and materials planning. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Supervises from six to fourteen subordinates. - Has a complete knowledge about Microsoft Office and how to use with Maintenance Management application/system - Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management within reason. F. Frameworks, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority Comply and adhere to all relevant health and safety requirements. Comply with all MACC Policies, rules and regulations. Comply with MACC client's rules, regulations and Standard Behavior. To Comply and Adhere to Department Policies and procedures.
