What Can You Expect?

  • Plan and prioritize work, provide inputs across phases of delivery lifecycle, and report status/impediments.
  • Lead/manage small implementation projects and launches, manage workload for team members, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
  • Develop complex configurations, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Lead and support Data Conversion activities across modules (Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll).
  • Coordinate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Clients for project delivery.
  • Own end-to-end project responsibility, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver solutions in at least one Workday module: Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, define scope, and manage scope gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for project success and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Design Workday solutions based on client requirements and workbooks.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts; support UAT and Workday feature releases.
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Manage production rollout, migration activities, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project issues.
  • Drive operational excellence and transformational projects with measurable impact.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical & functional expertise in Workday modules.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, data conversion, reporting, and integrations.
  • Minimum 12 years overall experience, with at least 5 years in Workday.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Project Lifecycle and Workday object model.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to learn new skills and operate across multiple time zones.

Education

  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (or equivalent).
