Technical Writer

As a Sr. Technical Writer/Technical Writer at Indrasur, located in Mohali, PB, you will be responsible for developing, writing, and maintaining high-quality technical documents such as user guides, online help, and release notes. You will also proof-read and polish technical documents written by other teams and continuously improve documentation tools, methods, and processes. Additionally, you will interact with developers and customers to identify and close gaps in documentation and participate in content strategy formulation spanning multiple formats, creating user guides, and process documents. Key Responsibilities: - Technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing with experience in writing technical customer-facing materials related to Software Development (SDLC), Cyber Security, Web Development, Administration, Migration, SharePoint Development, and Server Administration. - Efficient time management to meet project deadlines. - Collaboration with product owners, Software development engineers, and Testers for documentation needs. - Participation in content management efforts, process development, and quality governance to support team success. - Contribution to the learning community, recognition of trends and topics of interest, and creation of content that meets customer needs. Qualifications Required: - Experience in technical writing and product documentation. - Proficiency in documentation tools. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently on multiple projects. - Knowledge of Software Development, Cyber Security, Web Development, Administration, Migration, SharePoint Development, and Server Administration domains.
