Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Engineer at our company, your role will involve researching and identifying solutions to our POS software, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and tracking computer system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits. You will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels to quickly understand the root of the problem and provide prompt and accurate feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify solutions to our POS software - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues - Ask customers targeted questions to understand the root of the problem - Track computer system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits - Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to solve technical issues - Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams - Ensure all issues are properly logged - Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time - Follow up with clients to ensure IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting - Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals - Maintain a friendly relationship with clients Qualifications Required: - 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role - Graduate in any discipline - Proficiency in Hindi language is preferable,
