Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to customers with a focus on troubleshooting technical issues related to cloud hosting, remote desktop services, and IT infrastructure. Your strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering effective solutions to our clients.
