Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal), with proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels. Bachelors degree or higher from a recognized and reputable institution. 46 years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting. Strong understanding of the technical talent landscape, including high-demand skill sets and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements. Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing. Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, feedback collection, and offer negotiations. Create engaging job descriptions and manage job postings across multiple platforms. Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role alignment. Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve performance. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies. Maintain a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills and Qualifications: 57 years of technical recruiting experience in IT/Product/Engineering roles. Deep understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, etc. Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever , Gem etc). Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
