Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management and software/hardware testing.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience with AI/ML models and existing AI models to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
Experience working with test engineering requirements and converting them into test timelines.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in Program Management, Test Planning, Test Automation, Test Automation Framework, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management, App Testing, Testing, and Artificial Intelligence.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Health Platforms and Devices team builds innovative products and services that help our users live longer, healthier lives. We bring together the best of Google technologies and AI, health behavior science, and user-centered design to help users organize the health and wellness data, get insight from it, and take action toward their health goals. We do this with a suite of apps, services, and health wearables. We aim to make consumer health more personal, proactive, and actionable.

Responsibilities

Serve as a channel between the Test Engineering teams, Program Managers (PM), User Experience (UX), and Support.
Provide test program management during analysis, design, development, implementation, and post implementation launch phases.
Engage with the engineering leaders, PM, UX and other Technical Program Managers (TPM) to streamline processes, simplify test execution, and bring tooling efficiencies.
Run test programs at scale, manage multiple complex and ambiguous test programs, and highlight risks with clear mitigation plans.
Automate test status, report with clear test signals. Create and maintain automated dashboards.
