8+ years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4-5 years in a QA Lead role.

Strong understanding of test methodologies, test lifecycle, and QA best practices.
Hands-on knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, TestComplete).
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail, Zephyr).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience in planning and managing system integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
