Job Description

Tech Content Writer About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Tech Content Writer to create and manage highquality business and technical documents, including software proposals, contracts, agreements, and minutes of meetings (MoMs). The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, professional, and legally sound documents that align with client expectations and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and edit software proposals, business agreements, contracts, and project documentation. • Convert meeting discussions and technical conversations into structured Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and actionable reports. • Collaborate with sales, legal, project management, and technical teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency. • Standardize documentation templates for proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), NDAs, and SLAs. • Research client needs and industry standards to create tailored proposals that highlight technical capabilities and business value. • Maintain a repository of contracts, templates, and documentation for internal and external use. • Ensure content aligns with organizational branding, tone, and legal/contractual requirements. Requirements • Bachelors degree in English, Business Administration, Law, Communications, or related field (technical background preferred). • 2–4 years of proven experience in technical/business writing for proposals, contracts, or agreements. • Strong ability to understand software development processes, IT services, and project lifecycles. • Familiarity with contract terminology, compliance standards, and professional documentation practices. • Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS OSice, Google Workspace, and documentation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF editors). • Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and clarity. Good to Have • Exposure to legal documentation, RFP/RFQ responses, or government/enterprise proposals. • Understanding of IT outsourcing models, software delivery contracts, and SLA structures. • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello). • Knowledge of basic legal and compliance frameworks in IT/software contracting.
