Team leader, Assistant Manager, Process manager

As a Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Process Manager at Newage Software & Solutions, based in Dubai, Middle East, you will be responsible for managing export and import documentation, operations, and team management. You will work at MEPZ, Tambaram, Chennai, operating on a Day Shift (Dubai Shift Hours) basis. - Lead and manage a team of professionals handling export and import documentation, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. - Oversee the preparation and processing of export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and coordinating with stakeholders for smooth operations. - Manage day-to-day operations related to freight forwarding, monitoring and optimizing processes for efficiency and cost reduction, and handling operational issues with timely resolutions. - Maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs, providing regular updates on shipment status, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, and stay updated with industry standards. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 5 to 12 years of experience in freight forwarding, focusing on export and import documentation and operations.
