• We are seeking a skilled System Architect with hands-on expertise in designing, provisioning, and managing virtualized infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead the creation of virtual servers from scratch, manage the full server lifecycle, enforce security and compliance, and optimize performance across systems

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the system architecture design for scalable and secure infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Design and manage virtualized environments using

  VMware

  , including provisioning, clustering, and resource optimization.
• Create, provision, and manage virtual servers (Windows & Linux) using tools like VMware (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi), Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Architect secure networking solutions, manage firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint policies.
• Oversee Linux/Windows server deployments, patching, and monitoring.
• Plan and implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and failover systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure system readiness for high-availability and data-intensive applications.
• Audit infrastructure, recommend optimizations, and enforce IT policies and security best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 10 years of experience in system architecture or infrastructure design roles.
• Strong knowledge of

  full-stack web environments

• Expertise in

  VMware ESXi/vCenter

  , virtualization concepts, and resource optimization.
• Proven experience in

  firewall configuration

• Familiarity with tools like pfSense, Fortinet, MikroTik, or similar is an advantage.
