Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves administering servers, networks, and operating systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability of IT services for business continuity.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and operating systems.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email servers, and backup systems.
Monitor server performance and perform regular system health checks.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
Implement and enforce IT security policies and access controls.
Apply security patches, updates, and conduct vulnerability checks.
Provide L2/L3 technical support to end-users for system, network, and hardware issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets.
Train staff on IT best practices and security awareness.
Monitor system logs, event alerts, and proactively resolve issues.
Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery drills.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, procedures, and configurations.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and licensing.
