Additionally, knowledge of project-related documentation and strong debugging skills are essential. A must-have for this role is a solid understanding of the banking domain to effectively interact with various customers. Experience with RPA tools like UiPath is preferred, along with strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills. Vendor coordination, handling business escalations with preventative measures, and the ability to work in a team are key aspects of this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience with web development technologies such as Java Script, Typescript, HTML, CSS, etc. - Worked on SQL, Visual Basic, and Microsoft Access DB - Hands-on experience with different project management tools - Knowledge of project-related documentation and strong debugging skills - Banking domain knowledge for customer interaction - Working experience with RPA tools like UiPath preferred - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentation - Experience in handling vendor coordination - Ability to handle business escalations with preventative measures **Qualifications Required:** - BE/BTech, BSc IT **Mandatory Skills:** - Good communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work in rotational shifts - Ability to handle large project teams - Capability to work under pressure in crisis situations - Team player mentality and capacity to train/guide new staff **Experience:** - 10+ years overall experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in Solution Designing, Business Analysis, and Project Management Candidates residing within a 20kms radius from Ghansoli will be preferred.
