Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Expertise in the Microsoft suite of products with experience working on MS-Access, SQL Server and Visual Basic is essential Experience in building applications using Appian as a Low Code No Code solution will be necessary Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, and Shell/Batch programming will be a plus Good understanding of Agile development methodologies preferred Strong and open communication - self-starter and highly motivated individual Good interpersonal skills with experience working in distributed teams. Up-to-date knowledge of technology and architecture marketplace with the ability to innovate and think creatively when needed. Experience in an offshore delivery team is a big plus.
