Rana Infracon India Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate firm, known for its quality developments and strong investor relationships. We are looking for a dynamic and well-networked AGM – Investor Acquisition (BD) to join our leadership team in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Sourcing: Identify and acquire High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Channel Partners (CPs), and potential investors.
- Business Development: Strategically expand the investor network and build long-term relationships.
- Investment Pitching: Deliver impactful presentations and proposals on investment opportunities, ROI structures, and project details.
- Deal Closure: Lead the end-to-end process of investment acquisition—from lead generation to finalizing agreements.
- Network Utilization: Leverage personal and professional networks to generate qualified leads.
- Project Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to tailor investment proposals aligned with company goals.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends in real estate investment and investor expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment or BD roles
- Strong network of HNIs, CPs, and potential investors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to close investment deals independently
- Exposure to affordable housing projects is a big plus
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
