Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Manage a team of 3-5 solution architects.
Review solutions and relate documents like technical design document, bill of materials.
Ability to work independently on complex RFPs and identify customer requirements and architect solutions and provide high quality responses to RFPs / RFIs as part of bid management process.
Coordinate with other technical and business stakeholders while deriving the solution
Be part of pre bid presentations and workshops with client and business stakeholders and present the technology proposal to clients.
Reviewing Bid/RFP documents with the team and guide the team with the solution for the opportunity
Understand the latest trends in the industry and propose in solutions that can benefit the organization and client
Ability to manage technology projects as part of POC or implementation of new technologies for the organization or client
Interacting with supplier/ vendors for new products / services offerings.
Review and monitor the KPI of the team and coach junior resources
