Solution Architect

As a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect & Development Lead, your role will involve driving the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. You will be a strong technical leader who can translate business requirements into well-architected, customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your proven track record in leading development teams and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce applications will be crucial in effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities / Duties: - **Solution Architecture & Design:** - Translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce solutions. - Analyze user needs, document requirements, and develop detailed system plans. - Lead technical design sessions and create comprehensive solution documentation aligned with business objectives. - Apply Salesforce best practices and technical/business expertise to design optimal solutions. - Design and optimize business processes for seamless integration across systems. - **Salesforce Development & Implementation:** - Implement Salesforce solutions adhering to platform best practices. - Develop custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform. - Utilize Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API for seamless integrations. - Extensive experience using VisualForce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions. - **Technical Leadership & Mentorship:** - Manage a team of Senior Developers, Consultants, and Analysts. - Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction. - Conduct performance feedback and annual review processes for direct reports. - Build and lead Development and Delivery Leadership assets. - **Project Management & Delivery:** - Lead the development and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce applications. - Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, adhering to best practices. - Design and optimize business processes for integration across systems. Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge Required: - **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of project experience in a technical leadership position. - Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce experience. - Proven experience in defining and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team. - **Professional/Technical Skills:** - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices using Apex and Visualforce. - Extensive experience building integrations with Salesforce and third-party APIs. - Proficiency in Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API. - Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems.
