Job Description

As a Solutions Architect for Industry 4.0, your role involves developing, designing, and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that leverage emerging technologies like IIoT, AI/ML, and cloud computing. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical blueprints, managing technology integration, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive architectural designs for Industry 4.0 solutions, including system blueprints, data flows, and integration diagrams. - Architect solutions utilizing IIoT, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and real-time analytics to optimize manufacturing and operational processes. - Ensure all designs comply with enterprise architecture standards and cybersecurity requirements to safeguard data and system integrity. - Research emerging technologies and recommend the most suitable technology stack, hardware, and integration frameworks aligned with client requirements and strategic business objectives. - Oversee the integration of OT systems such as PLCs and SCADA with IT systems like MES, ERP, and cloud platforms for data-driven decision-making. - Work closely with business leaders, engineering teams, and operations staff to gather requirements, ensure alignment with clients" business goals, and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, conduct technical deep-dives, and ensure solutions meet high standards for performance, security, and scalability. - Lead the technical delivery of Industry 4.0 projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, conduct workshops, technical assessments, and support pre-sales activities to guide clients through their digital transformation journey. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in IIoT, AI, cloud computing, and contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and accelerators. - Identify potential risks associated with solution implementation, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project success. - Create and maintain detailed architectural documents, contribute to IT/OT governance frameworks, and ensure consistent and secure operations. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field. - At least 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management, digital manufacturing, or industrial automation. - Deep understanding of industry standards, OT technologies, cloud platforms, low-code/no-code Industry 4.0 platforms, industrial protocols, data architecture, IT/OT network fundamentals, microservices, APIs, cybersecurity principles, and the latest technologies. - Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and quality management processes. - Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Certifications such as Azure/AWS Solutions Architect and TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification are highly desirable.,
