Job Description

Your Role

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules:Incident,Problem,Change,Request, andKnowledge Management.

Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and server-side scripts.

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems usingREST/SOAP APIs,IntegrationHub, andMID Server.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Maintain and enhanceCMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Your Profile

6 to 12 years of experience in enterprise IT environments, with a strong focus onServiceNow ITSM developmentacross various modules and systems.

Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and server-side scripts using JavaScript.

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module development and customization.

Ability to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions according to business needs

Knowledge of integrations with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
