ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer

Responsibilities:

• Configuration & Development:

  Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

• Scripting & Customization:

  Develop and maintain functionalities, workflows, and forms using JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer.

• Integration:

  Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems to enable seamless data exchange and improve risk and compliance visibility.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work closely with GRC, audit, security, and business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational GRC programs.

• Process Improvement:

  Evaluate existing risk management and compliance processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Reporting & Dashboards:

  Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support ongoing risk, compliance, and audit objectives.

• Support & Documentation:

  Provide end-user support, deliver training sessions, and prepare detailed technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and solution designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Expertise:

  Hands-on experience and strong proficiency in the ServiceNow platform with deep exposure to IRM/GRC modules.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Expertise in JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and Flow Designer.

• GRC Domain Knowledge:

  Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit processes, including familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC, or PCI.

• Certifications:

  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist GRC (CIS-GRC) and other relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Project Experience:

  Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
