UX And UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  
• Design and refine graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, buttons, widgets, and interactive components.
  
• Create UI layouts, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas.
  
• Develop responsive design solutions ensuring seamless user experience across devices and platforms.
  
• Produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes illustrating visual design and functionality.
  
• Create original graphic designs, including images, icons, illustrations, and tables aligned with brand identity.
  
• Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and stakeholders for review and feedback.
  
• Identify usability issues and propose solutions through user testing and feedback analysis.
  
• Maintain consistency in design by adhering to established style guides, typography, color palettes, and imagery standards.
  

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a

  UI/UX Designer

  Product Designer

  , or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past design projects and user-centric design thinking.
  
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Wireframe.cc).
  
• Hands-on experience with visual design software such as

  Adobe Illustrator

  Photoshop

  , or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is an added advantage.
