Senior Web Designer

About the Role

Microstax Technologies is looking for a skilled Web Designer who can design clean, modern, and conversion-focused websites for U.S.-based clients. This is a strict night shift role, aligned with U.S. working hours.

You will be working on real client projects including churches, academies, wellness clinics, med-spa brands, and service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design full website layouts and landing pages (from scratch + using templates)
• Create hero sections, typography styles, color palettes, and UI systems
• Customize and build websites using Elementor, Divi, and other builders
• Work inside WordPress and Go High Level
• Build responsive layouts and ensure device compatibility
• Prepare assets and hand off clean files to developers
• Perform basic image editing (cropping, white borders, enhancements)
• Work with the project manager to meet deadlines
• Interpret briefs and turn them into polished designs

RequirementsTechnical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong HTML & CSS knowledge
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid experience in Elementor + Divi (WordPress page builders)
• Ability to design websites both from scratch and from templates
• Experience working in Go High Level (GHL)
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices
• Strong ability to design for U.S./Western audiences

Work Requirements

• Ability to work 9 PM – 6 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Strong communication and quick turnaround on revisions
• Portfolio showing clean, modern website work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills

• Basic Photoshop/Canva skills
• Familiarity with Webflow or Framer
• Basic JavaScript understanding
