Job Description

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Senior Web Designer to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will take the lead in designing visually stunning, user-friendly websites that strengthen our brand presence and deliver great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, responsive websites that align with brand goals and marketing strategies.
Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketers to bring creative concepts to life.
Develop wireframes, layouts, and prototypes to visualize web experiences.
Ensure consistency in branding, colors, and typography across all pages.
Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness, performance, and accessibility.
Apply analytics and user feedback to improve design effectiveness.
Stay up to date with the latest web design tools and trends.
Support and guide junior designers as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in website design (agency or digital marketing background preferred).
Strong portfolio with responsive and creative web design samples.
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
Good understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, and color theory.

Preferred Skills

Experience with animations, motion graphics, or interactive design.
Familiarity with SEO-friendly design practices.
Strong attention to detail and good time management.
